Automatic Rubber Cutter

Automatic Angle Cutter

Provides simultaneous angle and end cuts with indexing cut widths from 0.010” to 24”. Mandrel features variable speed from 0 to 2,700 RPM and adjustable length from 24” to 1” and stock from 6” O.D. to the minimum extrudable size. Digital touch screen controls and operating components.

Automatic Double Angle Cutter

The 111 rubber cutting machines cut tube lengths from 3" to 48" and diameters from minimum extrudable size that will fit mandrel up to 12". Up to 240 cuts per minute.

Mandrel Loader

The 534 MANDREL LOADER is a new innovation of Mitchell Inc. As an add-on to Model 618 or Model 111, it can increase productivity by reducing down time associated with loading and unloading a single mandrel. With 10 total positions, the 534 Mandrel Loader can hold up to 8 mandrels at one time. Once the machine is set, it can run continuously. Increase your productivity with this affordable addition to your machine.
