Model 210 Twin Head Trim / Deflash Machine
Twin head Trim / Deflash Cutter
This is a new model of Mitchell trimmer. It was originally designed for a client that needed an economical trimmer with the capability to tilt the cutting head below level; enabling the trimmer to cut upward from below the part. This allows for the I.D. and O.D. trim to be simultaneous on a larger variety of parts for faster cycle times. Each cutting head is capable of making up to 2 cuts per part.
Spindle speeds, cut positions, etc. are set on the operator friendly touch screen control panel.
While this is a new model we expect it will overtake the model 242 as Mitchell's most popular machine.

Model 111DAC 3 Head Lathe Cut Machine
For Cutting Angled Or Beveled Seals & Gaskets
This project started as a rebuild of an older Mitchell standard model 111 lathe cutter. During the rebuild it was converted into a double angle cutter. Double angle cutters are capable of making up to 3 cuts per part. Two of which can be angled. This allows production of angled, beveled, trapezoid as well as square cut shaped seals and gaskets.
